Dear partners, customers and friends, 

As the year draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect on the highlights of 2023 and the exciting challenges that lie ahead in 2024.

In March, we joined the Scale-Up Vaud label, which recognises our growth and capacity for innovation. In terms of our ongoing innovation, in 2024 we will be installing our first solutions equipped with NB-IoT technology, with the support of the Wika Group. We will also continue to support our customers in the transition that follows the gradual phase-out of 2G in Europe, something we have already done successfully in Switzerland and Australia, for example.

In May, we inaugurated our new premises on the top floor of our building and took the opportunity to see some of our former staff. Our teams are now all on one floor yet continue to grow, which is no easy task given the shortage of manpower and our high standards. We are delighted to have been able to take on two new engineers in the R&D team, Roudy Dagher and Andrey Marinov: get to know Andrey by reading his profile.

In September, we took part in the Lubricant Expo for the first time, while our attendance at the LPG Week/European Liquid Gas Congress in November has been part of our tradition for over ten years. We’ll be there again next year, as well as at Uniti Expo. We look forward to seeing you there.

Finally, to give a new impetus to our communications, we have just launched our new website. We’ll be regularly publishing news about our solutions, case studies and profiles of our staff – all of which you can follow via our newsletter and social networks. 

We look forward to continuing to work with you. To all our customers, especially those who have renewed their contracts this year: thank you for your loyalty and trust, which are a great source of pride and motivation for us. To our suppliers: thank you for your commitment and efficiency, which contribute to the quality and competitiveness of our solutions. To our other partners and friends: thank you for being part of our adventure.
