Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a bachelor or master’s student to expand hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

Sales Support
  • Support the sales team preparing presentations and proposals.
  • Onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the customer support team.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
CRM Management
  • Maintenance and update of the CRM system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate reports and analyse CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content for LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Event Coordination
  • Support the organization and execution of marketing events and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for events.

Qualifications

  • Studies in a Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in French and English (professional level) is required.
  • Knowledge of German, Spanish or other language is a plus.
